Books we are looking forward to in 2010!

January 24, 2010

Last week we had put out the 2009 books published in India and this week, I present the 2010 list. Looks like finally, we are going to see interesting adaptations of Histories and Biographies – they do seem to dominate the list.

I am especially excited about Luke and the Fire of Life – the sequel to Haroun and the Sea of Stories, and Samhita Arni’s take on the Ramayana, seeing what a fantastic job she did with the Mahabharata.

Watch this space for news on book launches, releases and of course, our picks!  Mission Moon (Puffin India) authored by Dr. SK Das is being launched in Bangalore on the 27th of this month.
